Please read these Terms carefully before using JobBud. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About JobBud

JobBud ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered business administration tool for tradies and contractors, operated by JobBud (ABN: 79 805 820 283), trading as JobBud at jobbud.app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use JobBud. By using our service you confirm this.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

JobBud offers three paid plans (Starter $39/mo, Pro $69/mo, Business $99/mo) plus a 7-day free trial. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Trial accounts have limited AI generations and outputs are watermarked. Sending outputs directly to clients is disabled during trial.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. AI-Generated Content

JobBud uses AI to generate quotes, invoices, emails and other content. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing or content. Always verify before use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JobBud to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or resell any part of our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All JobBud branding, software, and content are owned by us and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Content you create using JobBud (quotes, invoices etc) remains yours.

10. Data & Privacy

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, JobBud is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our service.

12. Warranties

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where they cannot be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of JobBud after changes constitutes acceptance.

We use essential cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

JobBud is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you are not satisfied with our response, Australian users may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. UK users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with JobBud. Here is our refund policy.

1. Free Trial

All plans come with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.

4. Refund Requests

In exceptional circumstances (technical failure, billing error) we will consider refund requests. Email hello@jobbud.app within 7 days of the charge with your account email and reason.
